As the lead visual designer of Verizon Visa Card’s Card Holder Engagement work, I was responsible for creating visuals, motion prototypes, and art direction for Verizon Visa Card Branding, Account Maintenance Dashboard, Milestones, Achievements, Onboarding, and Calculator.

With the launch of Verizon Visa Card, the team created a flexible, visual messaging system that guides and educates users at every step. We’ve achieved so through strategic placements of visual vocabularies, clarity in card iconography, target messaging to new and existing users, as well as purposeful CTAs to educate users on card benefits.

Account Maintenance Dashboard

Account Maintenance Dashboard is a utility and info hub to help users get the most value from their Verizon Visa Card, take advantage of exclusive Verizon Visa Card offers, and build Verizon Dollars redemption habits.

Milestones

Milestones are a checklist of tasks for new and experienced card holders. Users complete a series of tasks to learn how to engage and get the most from their card. Completed milestones are highlighted and celebrated. 

Achievements

Achievements highlight statistics of interest about a card holder’s account. It helps card holders educate themselves about their card usage by looking back at interesting statistics. It can potentially help them plan towards the future. 

Calculator

The Calculator is a tool to explore how you could be getting the most from VVC. Calculator is intended for both potential and existing cardholders as a way to engage with their category spending, encourage further usage, and uncover all the different redemption options and value they might not have been aware of. 

Onboarding

Onboarding is a captivating concierge that shows new card holders how to spend and redeem as fast as possible with as little intrusion as possible.
